La Sablonnerie Restaurant is proud to serve a wide range of award-winning, locally sourced, fresh and seasonal dishes, with an enviable reputation for its superb food and wines; local butter, fresh cream, meat, fruit and vegetables which, where possible, are sourced from the hotel's own farm and gardens.


Just a few of the favourites

The fillet of home-grown beef - Lobster thermidor - caramelized breast of duckling with a green peppercorn sauce - Roasted sea scallops with garlic butter - Spring lamb and veal served with a light madeira sauce and garnished with a medley of wild mushrooms, or perhaps succumb to one of chef’s delicious vegetarian dishes. A crème brulée with a montage of exotic fruits and berries is simply delightful.

Relax with an afternoon cocktail, an early evening aperitif or one last nightcap. The comfortable Lounge Bar has always been a convivial meeting place for our guests, with a carefully-created drinks list and menu.
